Sheffield Schools Project
Sheffield is one step closer towards completing its £320 million schools building programme. BSF (Building Schools for the Future) is the Government’s national schools investment programme, managed by Partnerships for Schools on behalf of the Department for Children, Schools and Families. BSF is designed to transform education through improving all of England’s secondary school buildings and facilities over the next 10 to 15 years
The city council has awarded a business consortium called Paradigm, led by Taylor Woodrow, which is to become its partner and help deliver its programme aimed at revamping the infrastructure of local schools.
TASC are working with Taylor Woodrow on the first 3 schools - Silverdale, Yewlands & Newfield & Talbot.
These projects are progressing at pace and already TASC are on site for varied drilling and cutting works - Taylor Woodrow have taken the decision to use the "Hole Filler" in an effort to reduce risk on site (see attachment).
