Kings Mill Hospital Refurbishment, Mansfield

Work is still progressing on the Lucy Wade Unit at Kings Mill Hospital. Main contractor on site is Laing O'Rourke working with local contractor, Herbert Baggaley Ltd, contracted for this part of the project.

TASC have worked with Herbert Baggaley Ltd. on the refurbishment of these wards.

• To improve sanitation - drilling and cutting to create new shower facilities.
• To increase patient safety in the event of a fire - penetration seals throughout the unit.

Extra care had to be taken in this sensitive environment to ensure minimal disruption - out of hours working and reducing noise was critical on this project.
